There is no "urgent care" at this clinic whatsoever. It's supposed to be open till 3pm on Sunday. I showed up at 2 and the clinic was closed due to being at "maximum capacity". There were no more than 10 people in the waiting room, less than half full. Besides you can't just close a clinic early like it's some local pub or something. People are relying on these places for their lives. I explained that I had traveled an hour by bus to get there and they said there was nothing they could do. They told me to go to another clinic without even asking what my symptoms were. The last time I went, the doctor had no clue what he was doing. I got a second opinion from a doctor at another clinic and he expressed that whoever treated me at "Urgent Care" should be sued for malpractice. Everyone there is clueless and all the doctors stand around and chat casually while patients wait in their rooms. In fact they probably celebrate every time they get a negative review so they can have more leisure time in the office (I'm not kidding about this). The place lacks management. This is consistently the worst clinic I have ever visited over the years. Do not even bother with them. They will waste your time like a bunch of bored clueless monkeys.

So pleased with this clinic I have never been to a clinic with such fast and effective service! I was seen in less than 15 minutes after arrival and the doctor was right with me, my whole trip was about an hour and a half which is amazing because every other clinic I've been to has been a minimum five hours..and some without even a doctor on hand. It was recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend it to everybody! Keep up the great work

The front desk and nurses were friendly when I was there. One person had a complaint while I was waiting to see a doctor. Both the nurses and the staff at the front desk handled the scenario really well and professionally. Dr. Sardana was the doctor who assessed me. I thought he was very attentive and really listens to your health concern. Just grateful to be seen at this location.

Very grateful to have this clinic. I was seen a lot sooner than I would have been at the hospital. The only recommendation I would have is to have more privacy. There us no music playing so it's basically pretty quiet. When your number is called as asked why you're there, the whole rooom can hear. Not very confidential at all.

First time trying this clinic, went in for a walk-in to get a prescription, receptionist was agressive and rude. Because I'm a student currently renting out a room in a house, I asked her wether to give the renting out address or my real home address (since I'm originally from Hamilton), and she yelled at me to pick an address! I was shocked by how unprofessional she was. Seeing the way she talked to other patients made me realize I wasn't the only one... Curly short blonde hair with red glasses, and old. Almost couldn't understand what the doctor was saying, but got what i came in for. In and out within an hour. Wouldn't recommend if you don't have a family doctor at this clinic.
