I started going to Orsatti Dental Group about a year ago, after my own dentist retired. All my life I've had a huge fear of being in the dental seat. The anticipation of pain is overwhelming for me. I've been about 3 times so far, once for a 6 month check up and cleaning, again to repair a crown that had come off, and today, I had a cracked tooth drilled down and a new permanent crown put on, in ONE visit. I saw Dr Valdez  and his assistant, Crystal. I've got to say it was the best experience I have EVER had at a dental office. Dr. Valdez has an incredible sense of humor and a terrific assistant. I told him about my fear of dentist and the needle. He was very good at keeping me calm with his humor and excellent manner of working. As he was drilling down my tooth, I was highly apprehensive at first. As I realized how capable and gentle he was, I relaxed some. I actually ALMOST fell asleep while he was working on me. An absolute first ever! They even have one office with a massage feature built into it, which I was fortunate to experience first hand. Every person there for all visits is extremely courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and capable. If  you don't have a dentist, if you want to change but don't know who to try, or even if you do have a dentist, I would HIGHLY recommend giving them a try. You will not regret it.

my son had a very bad toothache. got him the appointment in October for a x-ray and limited exam. he was given the employee discount that was honored and agreed by the office manager after the visit my son paid his balance in full by cash, given a printed out black and white sheet, stating zero balance. 1 week later I was let go from the practice, 3 months later I get a call saying my son owes them money from that appointment.  can anyone explain this? if this is the way we did business, everyone would make money.

The Orsatti Dental Group truly makes you feel like family. From the minute that I walked through the door as a new patient, I felt comfortable and welcomed. This eased my anxiety tremendously as I had not seen a dentist in over two years (dental phobia much?) and already knew some damage had been done. Dr. Matt Orsatti performed my initial evaluation when I came in for tooth pain and confirmed my fears--I would need my wisdom teeth removed. He was so calm and gentle about breaking the news and didn't make me feel the least bit ashamed for not having removed them earlier. Dr. Valdez performed the extraction which was a breeze! Thank God for the oral sedation services they provide! Post op instructions were thorough and helped to prevent the development of any dry sockets. After I was all healed, I had my comprehensive check up with Dr. Andrade who suggested a procedure to re shape my gums and give me what I've wanted my whole life--larger teeth! The procedure took about two hours, and the results were amazing! The pain was minimal, and I was back to work the next day for a 24h call. Dr. Andrade even followed up with me over the weekend to check on my progress. 

And finally, enough cannot be said about all of the amazing staff, dental assistants, and dental hygienists at the ODG! It means so much to have found a dental home who knows you by first name and treats you as if you were a part of their family.
