Office is in a great location; staff is very friendly and informative. I do not like going to the dentist but my dental assistant was extremely sweet and careful with my teeth. I appreciate how wonderful this office is!

I had gotten very skeptical about some of the charges I was getting, and even contacted the insurance company about potential unethical practices. I brought my concerns to the management, and the team at Deerfield Dental immediately addressed my concerns and have expressed desire to improve their processes so that information is more clear about diagnosis and costs. Thank you for taking the time to walk me through it all. I think the lesson learned here is that Insurance companies can make things difficult for everyone. Today, you have earned my trust and loyalty.

I visited your office today and was very disappointed with the end result.  I received several email insisting I make an appointment.  Somehow or another an appointment was made for me for the last work day of the month.  When I got the notification, I accepted not even knowing what the appointment was for but I assumed your staff was trying to take advantage of my insurance benefits before the end of the year.  Come to find out this was my third cleaning this year so I was required to pay for the treatment.  To make matters worth, I was made to feel like it was my fault that I came in at the end of December because if I would have waited another week, the fees would have been covered by my insurance.

They messed up my tooth and didn't let me know I had to pay for the treatment until after the fact. I'm never returning back and now I have to find another dentist :(

I give Deerfield Dental five stars simply because the Doc is very patient, professional, honest, and thorough. I have been coming here for a couple years now and Dr. Reyes and her husband are always very nice to me and any patient who comes to their office. Dr. Reyes and her staff always work with me to get the best possible care. I can't imagine finding another dentist. I would highly recommend Deerfield Dental to anybody. From day 1 they have always provided exceptional service. Even when you walk in the office the environment is very comforting and accommodating. I also live 2 1/2 hours away but believe me it's worth the trip. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!
