I was welcomed by staff to the clinic over the phone when I was making an appointment that made a huge difference right away. When I arrived, staff was friendly and there was a minimum wait time. Dr Hamilton is very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very personal. He is just an excellent professional. They have state of art equipment there and they are very efficient. I highly recommend Dr Hamilton and his staff.

This office is filled with the most friendly, knowledgeable and amazing people I’ve ever met at a dentist office. I have been to dentist offices where they get you in & out and are done. They do not bother to make conversation & you rarely even get eye contact as you give them your money BUT at Excellent Dental Specialist you will get “excellent” service! You will not be treated like a number.
Dr. Andrew Weber is bar none the best dentist (Periodontist) I’ve ever had in my life. He truly cares about his patients & wants them to be happy. Dr. Thames is the Prosthodontist that I see here & he is fantastic too. I have seen Nadine and Brenda for my cleanings & my teeth look & feel phenomenal when they are done. Tia is awesome! She always answers my questions & makes me feel comfortable. There’s never any awkward silence during visits either. The staff has a great rapport with each other. Angie handles billing & insurance issues. She always gives me all of the information I need to make a clear & informed decision about what I want to have done & how much I can afford. She lets me know what insurance will cover so I’m prepared for the cost before I commit. A lot of offices will push you to have something done, say that insurance will cover it & a few weeks later you get a huge bill saying that insurance does NOT actually cover the work you had done. That will NOT happen here. Everyone here is honest & upfront. It’s refreshing! This office staff is professional & never pushy. They never pressure me to have anything done. They give me different options & work with me to get the best result. I never feel rushed here. I have had many dentists in my life but after finding Excellent Dental Specialists, I will never have to find a different Dentist again. I’m a bit obsessed with my teeth & gum health so trust me, they are amazing! Three years ago my search for the perfect dentist finally came to an end when I found Dr. Weber & his staff.

Caring excellent service. I have been with Dr. Hamilton for over fifteen years and I have stayed because of the exceptional care I receive. He uses leading edge technology in the care of my teeth!

I visit here a couple years back and was told  that I needed expensive out of pocket dental work that would also tap out my coverage's for the year in January. I became skeptical being someone new to San Antonio I had been looking to find a local Dentist BUT had been to another dentist 4 times a year prior to moving here. Their conflicting diagnoses had me confused and running around to find several other opinions. I went to 3 other dentist and was told I did not need any surgery. 

Furthermore, I  also kept receiving bills for the one consultation and X ray that I took on my visit, although I gave them my insurance info several times and was assured they take care of it. Eventually I got the billing issue cleared up after several initiatives on my part. 

Ironically, a few years later now they are one of very few offices that run expensive TV marketing commercials regularly. But I will not return there.

Friendly, organized and efficient staff. They took the time to listen to my needs. I highly recommend this place!
