I made an appointment a few days ago and have spoken with the staff twice. They waited until i came into the office for my appointment to tell me that they don't accept my insurance. This has caused me to go to the ER and be late for work which results in decreased pay. I was off yesterday and i would have made time for this then if they were efficient enough to inform me in a timely manner. This is a major inconvenience and completely uncalled for.

The Doctors here are very nice and care about you Dr. Lee,Dr. France and Dr. Duffield  are the best they took great care of my husband and myself .

They have an MRI machine that's just the right size for my knee. My fear of the big ol' claustrophobia-inducing machine was quelled by the little "hamburger" sized machine. I actually dozed off! Relaxing, calm.

I am very pleased with Dr. Lee and Dr. Francke. They have treated me very well and I wanted to publicly thank them both for the great job they have done! It is hard to find doctors like these two that really care and try to help people. Thank you Dr. Lee and Thank you Dr. Francke for being there for me and treating me with kindness and respect and helping me!  Oh, and Sam, you are terrific also! A very sweet and caring nurse.
