The staff that works here are some of the nicest and amazing people. I was supposed to be of work for 4-6 months after rotator cuff and bicep surgery. 1 day short of 3 months after surgery I was released for light duty work. Matt and Ms Melissa are tops. I highly recommend Ortho Nuero Pickerington if you need any type of physical therapy
I left in tears, as a medical assistant and a nursing student my experience was absolutely disheartening. What has happened to our healthcare community! My left leg and foot is severely swollen I’m having knee pain I can’t bend my knee and I’m lipping while walking which is painful and soon as I walked in The receptionist Taylor asked me umm so were you just seen at the ED and did they do any imaging because if they did I don’t know what we can do? First problem.. clearly I already know your dismissing me instead of seeing the reports stating they ruled out a blood clot and I need to see orthopedic specialists it may be a ligament tear or meniscus issue!!! She goes back asks the doctor if I can be seen!!! Wait seriously this is an orthopedic urgent care! Then ask for my insurance I give her my OSU card and my anthem Medicaid card she then looks puzzled goes to talk to doctor again comes back out and sit me down and asked do I really work for OSU.. wow I’m thinking and I said YES then proceeds to ask me my why don’t I just go to OSU orthopedic and how my insurance will allow me to only see certain doctors there and I’ll only be able to have surgery in pickerington AS IF THAT IS A REAL ISSUE!!! I live in this area which is why I dragged my painful leg there because it’s close and I am in pain and swelling and scared because I don’t know what is going on !!! She didn’t bring me back the doctor didn’t even assess me all because they figured why didn’t I just go to OSU! She never stated the doctor their doesn’t take OSU insurance at all! I limped back to my car in tears!! I have never experienced anything like this is all the 15 years I have worked in healthcare! I will never go there again and I am making a formal complaint with this company! The staff that worked today on March 12th around 12 noon should truly be ashamed of their lack of service and legal obligation to our community.
Dr Sandy Lane is the best! Her bedside manner is superb, her willingness to answer all questions thoroughly with explanations is phenomenal and her personality amazing. Her honesty and being candid is refreshing. She truly seems to care about her patients and takes pride in her job! If I need urgent assistance with an orthopedic injury again I would not hesitate to seek her out again. I have passed her name and location on to family and friends. Thank you Dr.
I was very pleased with Orthoneuro's level of service. They far exceeded my expectations of service. Anytime I had to call them with a question I had or had to change an appointment on last minutes notice, they were understanding. I would highly recommend them to other people who are in need of surgery procedures or therapy. I have had two surgeries done by Orthoneuro, one ony back and the other was shoulder surgery and both physicians seemed very knowledgeable and showed expertise in their field of service. The physical therapy dept. had very friendly therapists and they were well versatile in getting me back to a healthy individual and back to work in a timely manner.
B Rodney Comisar is the Doctor who helped me with my shoulder. My previous Doctor was suggesting me to do a surgery on my shoulder which I did not want.So I decided to get a second opinion. I was introduced to Doctor Rodney. His advice was very helpful. He took the time to listen to me and was very patient with me. Thanks to him I feel much better.
Overpriced. Bait and switch. I went in and had my wrist examined. I spent 15 minutes maximum with a professional, and they took x-rays of my wrist to make sure there was no bone damage. I was charged $250 at the time of the visit and was told that should cover most if not all of the visit cost. I received a bill for an additional $130... The office visit alone cost $315... The x-rays cost $65. If the office visit costs $315, why I was I not told that the day of the visit? Shady. Shady. Shady. Even the doctor I met with told me that this company's prices are overpriced/inflated, and the doctor tried to help me save money once they found out I was self-pay. Avoid this money making machine. The doctor I visited was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. If only their prices were reasonable and fair. It's a shame how the medical community operates in the country and takes advantage of people.
Dr. Lane is great. She is very receptive to your concerns and spends time making sure to chose the best treatment for you. She even offered to watch my young daughter while I went down the hall to have an x-ray taken. I highly recommend this office.
This place is the least efficient doctors office I have ever been in. They do not answer their phones, or respond to voice mails. They did not submit my insurance for approval until I came into the office to tell them to do so I had left 4 messages over a span of 2 1/2 weeks prior to doing this. After they finally submitted my insurance for approval and transferred me to Ohio Health, I found out that the doctor screwed up the report with so much conflicting information that Ohio health wouldn’t accept me as a patient. If I could give a zero star rating I would
I would recommend OrthoNeuro Now for urgent care. I have been there twice and had excellent care both times. Dr. Whitehead actually listened and did his best to help me! I have a hip replacement and a bad back so, my case wasn’t simple. I want to say, THANKS to Dr. Whitehead!!
Only thing I liked about this place was my physical therapist. With that said, I was disappointed that some of my sessions were not with him and instead his assistants. The front desk ladies can also be rude at times. I would not call in if you are running 10min behind, they'll let 5 patients in front of you and you'll be waiting an hour to finally get seen by the doctor. Would not recommend going here.
