This place deserves a negative 100 or just no rating at all. They are horrendous and the nursing home should be burned to the ground. They and their Kindercare corporation has caused the wrongful deaths of elderly loved ones and covered their tracks with white lies for their corrupt interest. They have racist, mentally ill incompetent nurses working there with their racist unethical trailer trash administration running the place. The nurses doctors with administrator approval will and have over drugged and medical mistreated their elderly patients (especially if they are poor, disabled are African American Native American )for medical dollars. The have a problem with bugs, in the nursing home which has been documented in biting patients in beds in their rooms. Do not send your loved ones here they will come out damaged or even dead. They are purposely understaffed because the nursing home doesn't want to spend money on hiring qualified caring ethical nurses. They rather have many patients/nursing home residents to fill all their rooms so they can make the most money but will not have enough nursing staff and resources for residents to properly help them. So that means if your loved one has to be helped to the bathroom they will take 30 to 45 minutes to help them. Patients have been heard screaming "help me, help me" while staff are gossipping laughing at them or negatively talking about the patients and their families. The staff are nothing but racist trash posing as healthcare professionals many of them are ignorant and stupid as hell and don't have the class dignity integrity intelligence and talent to be in the medical profession.

My mother spent a couple months here last year after a lengthy hospital stay left her too weak to walk on her own. Her time here was a success. The staff were nice and friendly 99% of the time, the food was always fresh and the facility seemed fairly clean. Serious health issues bring a large amount of stress on a family and any imperfection or if something goes worse and the whole experience can be horrible. This was my mother's 2nd rehab facility, the first failed and she got very ill and was back in the hospital. In comparison to the first place Pickerington Rehab was heaven. It was like the staff gave a flying flip. I would not hesitate to send myself or somebody I care about back to this place. They have several cute nurses and rehab specialists there too which always makes things nicer.

I was an actual employee at this awful facility. They treat residents like crap, they talk and cuss at them. I hear residents screaming for HELP or to go to the bathroom only to be ignored. I have sent complaints to Eric and the corporate office and nothing has been done. The employees are nasty, who don't wash their hands and start trouble among each other. The staff and administration does not take this job seriously at all. They smoke and gossip about the residents, race and sexuality. Just so disgusting and to know I have reported and nothing still has been done. Nothing is confidential here, everyone knows everything. BEWARE, your loved one WILL get mistreated! This hell hole needs shut done ASAP!!!!!
