We ordered $80 of take out and it was horrible! I usually don't slam a business but they could plainly see that everything was  burned when they boxed it up: the crab ragoon; the fried curry chicken dumplings; the spring rolls; the egg rolls. The zucchini in one of the plates was also over cooked and the rice in the sushi was mushy. I got shrimp spring rolls instead is vegetable. It's a good thing I am not allergic. The only thing they hit right were the Milktealicious drinks, but they used a machine to make those! We were very, very, very disappointed. 😞

So, just moved to the area, Osaka Japanese Express menu was one of the menu's provided by the leasing office. Fried rice wasn't bad, every place puts their own spin on it. I have had better hibachi before, but for almost $45.00 for fried rice and shrimp hibachi and a sushi roll, I guess I was expecting more. When my husband went to eat the sushi roll, he asked me why does it smell like this. We eat sushi all the time, now the menu only offers three rolls all cooked, so I figured what the heck, can't mess a California Roll up too bad. The roll smelled sooo sour it made me gag. I called the Osaka and spoke to "Cinderella" who stated that its okay we season it with vinegar, (no where on the menu does it say roll seasoned and dipped in vinegar) explained that I am not interested in this I will bring it back. Cinderella proceeds to ask me for my address I give it, she then states "I always have issues with people in that area". At this point I am highly offended. All I wanted to do was return bad food. Not only was the food bad, but also the customer service. I will never ever recommend or eat at this establishment again, nor will they keep my money. Very disappointing experience considering this being my first experience with a restaurant in the area.

Ordered Chicken for dinner. Did delivery. did not taste fresh. I thought Hibachi meant tasty, fresh, and hot food. The first time I tried it was 4/5 stars. Ill try for lunch next time

I ordered filet and chicken teriyaki. The filet was over cooked and so was the rice. The dumplings we're wonderful. I ordered delivery so that might be why.
