Sick just sick over an hour and a half for a delivery. Placed order at 10:03 called about order at 11:07 was told the driver left at 10:40. Driver didn't show up until 11:36 like what. Yea nope unless you want a nice greasy cold fresh pizza. And I never do reviews but this was bad!

Hello people my name is Justine and I'm here to tell you people about my experience at this pizza hut. My friends it was terrible. I told the people what my name was, but they decided to be ignorant and put my name on the receipt as Christine. My friends tell me how you get Christine from Justine. Anyways I ordered a large chicken pineapple pizza with regular crust(keyword regular). After 20 minutes they called me to come and collect my pizza. When I received my pizza I opened it to see if they did it correctly. My friends when I opened the pizza the crust was dry and thin. So I told them this is not pizza I ordered, and they had the nerve to argue with me. One lady even told me I've been working here 12 years and that is regular crust. I called my husband to ask hin what I should do, ane he told me they should make another one for me. Then they took the pizza back and made me another one. Another lady came in to pick her pizza up, and when she checked to see if it was done correctly they too messed up her crust so they made her another as well. When her pizza was done they gave her both the burnt and new pizza, but when my pizza was ready they only gave me the new one. Is it because I'm African I can't receive both pizzas? Anyways I was so mad so that I forgot to check to see if they made it correctly. When I got home and I opened the pizza, my friends the pizza was more oily then usual and the slices were cut unevenly. My friends when you order from here check to make sure you get the pizza you paid for.

My son ordered 2 stuffed crust pizzas for me to pick up on my way home from Baltimore ave pizza hut laurel these pizzas had no cheese on top only in the crust when I called they argued that they put the required amount of cheese on them....I have been eating pizza from here atleast 30 or more years...bad customer service and giving customer less than. What you would get if you went in and sat down at the restaurant....they cheated me and wouldn't return my money .

Terrible I ordered two stuffed crust cheese pizzas and when I got them they had no cheese on them they were bread and cheese when I called to tell them about it they were rude and argued with me when I asked for a refund.

Horrible service---I asked for something simple (light cheese & light sauce) and they managed to mess it up. Also, the location has an off putting smell (cleanliness?). Do yourself a favor and just go to Blaze Pizza up the street in the new Laurel Plaza. "1 and Done"
