Completely disappointed. Heard good things about this place, so decided to try it. They completely butchered my order! I waited 20 minutes for an egg sandwich that was wrong and not even hot. Gross. On top it of it was charged for items they didn't pack in the bag. Not to mention it's a almost 90 degrees and they don't have the air on! Other customers were complaining.

Love the place and never had an issue with it. But today I went with my family and was very disappointed, understand they are doing improvements so the air conditioner was not working as it seem also some of their other equipment also. Still order thinking no problem that you were making the place even better. My drink was bad and the sandwiches were all wrong,did not want my order redone got my money back and went to another place to eat.

Waited over 40 minutes for 3 items (2 egg platters w/ meat and an omelette). Once I walked up to ask where the food was it was handed to me within 20 seconds as if someone just forgot I was there. The food was cold too, so it must have been sitting there. This has happened on multiple occasions. The scrapple was also rock hard. I won't be eating at Red House again.

Took almost an hour to get my order this morning! I ordered scrapple with eggs, a veggie omlet, and porkroll with eggs. This was ridiculous. Not to mention, when I received the food my eggs were cold and my scrapple was rock solid. They didn't even apologize for the wait when I went up to ask about my order. Never going here again.
