In town from Texas and had to stop by! I've always been an other half fan and went to the domino location a few years back. It's a small place but they still had a good variety on tap. Also had cocktails for those that would be interested. Can't wait to be back, cheers!Food: 5/5
Nice, chill place to grab a drink right around Rockefeller Center. We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was relatively quiet compared to some of the other nearby attractions. Mostly IPAs on tap when we were there, but there was at least one sour and one dark ale, and some other seltzers, non alcoholic drinks, and cocktails available. Definitely worth a stop!
Awesome to finally visit the Rockefeller location. A must-stop pilgrimage for any beer fan, need or initiate. Smaller space than expected - really miss the stand-up tables at other locations vs the sit-down versions here. Pour staff is great + efficient, even during post-work surge. Absolutely a ton of beers on pour and to-go cans. You pay for the quality.
Good brewery and friendly service. Pints are $9 so not too bad considering the area. They have plenty of hoppy IPAs on tap.
The first time I visited this taproom was during Christmas, and it was packed. Their beer was pretty good, but it was so loud and busy. I came back to NYC at the beginning of August and decided to visit again to get a better experience of the place. I went on a Monday afternoon, there were two people working and about 10 customers. One employee was super friendly, the other clearly didn't want to be there, and even expressed this to me when he was cashing me out. While I was there a friend stopped in to visit him, they chatted non stop for at least 10 min at the bar while he completely ignored all of the other customers. Then chatted some more at the door before the friend left. If you don't want to be there, don't show or tell your customers, keep it to yourself. After I cashed out and left I realized that I was over charged. I checked my credit card statement, then compared the charges to what my photos showed of the prices on the beer menu on the wall. Sure enough, I was overcharged by close to $10. I submitted a message on their website, which said I'd receive a response within two business days. After five business days of crickets I sent them a direct email. Three more business days passed with no response whatsoever, so I had to file a dispute with my credit card. Why does a brewing company with locations in multiple states and countries have zero customer service? Super disappointed, because their beer is pretty good.
Love OH beers so was excited to try their new taproom at the Rockefeller Centre. Had 3 incredible TIPA’s and loved that they offer different pour sizes so you can try a few beers without having a sore head. The prices were great for the quality that you get and the staff all were great and made sure the beer was pouring for us both.
Great spot in Rockefeller Center. I've been a couple times and the experience is always enjoyable. Can be busy but service is fast and friendly. They typically have many different types of beer to include at least one sour available. They have a full bar and wine options also. The prices are normal and not outrageous NYC prices. Definitely one of my go to spots when I go to NYC.
Excellent beer selection, especially the IPA and sour beers. Excellent location in the middle of Manhattan, perfect for a stop over during a sightseeing trip or after a long day of work. Lovely staff, the place is a bit busy during the day and the value but the atmosphere is excellent. Highly recommended for Kraft beer lovers traveling in the area
Great craft beer a few steps from the fancy stores on fifth avenue. This is not the coolest bar and the seating is quite limited. Would recommend coming during the day. You can also buy beers on cans to take home and enjoy.
Really good brewery in Manhattan. All beers were solid, staff was friendly and accommodating. Look forward to visiting again!Food: 5/5
