Not good. Waitress didn't know the products and messed up our order. We had to wait for the rest of our meal, the lobster to be prepared, and it was over seasoned. The manager took $14 off the bill, but we are finished with Outback, Covina. Then the Outback Gift Cards wouldn't go through. They were from Costco and activated when purchased. Usually when you spent $85 for a meal you have a bag with a snack for later to take home, but nothing was worth the effort. Unhappy diners tonight.

I really enjoyed the waitresses attention to me. She was always prompt kind courteous and I enjoyed it very much.

This place sucks. The waitress and manager had nice attitudes but it took forever to get our drinks ordered and the appitizer was pretty bad if you ask me but my wife said she thought it was ok. Our actual lunch for me was absolutely flavorless and the shrimp looked pathetic and i wondered if it was even properly cooked. The whole bill came to over 100 dollars with tip and all i could keep thinking is the food is worth less money than a dennys lunch. It was so bad.

Place was nearly empty when we went here last night. service was horrible but friendly, food palatable except for vegetables which were boiled or steamed to death with no seasoning at all, salad not enough dressing and took 12 minutes to get more. Rarely saw server and when we did he would talk real slow and low . For $61 not including tip and we had no drinks i felt ripped off. Will not be returning to any Outback, save your money and find a better steak house. We were here for 1.5 hours just to eat nothing else.

A family favorite for the last 10 years! Great service and menu selection! Staff is always friendly and attentive.
