City of Industry location is awesome loved our server Abigail!!! She was great very attentive very friendly. I happen to mentioned that we were celebrating my sons college pre-graduation and she came back with a congratulatory dessert and a pink lemonade for him. She made our evening. Thank you Abigail you made a Proud Mom's night. God Bless You

I have been to this location fee times. Service had always been good. I and my girlfriend went Sunday 5/21 around 7pm. Not crowdedat all. Drinks were brought right away. Our waitress seemed more preoccupied with some friends nearby. Finally the manager came by and asked how things were..We told her we were waiting to order.So she took our order. And we waited and waited. Finally original waitress asked if we had our soup. Obviously not. She went to check and finally after another way it came. We waited for our food again. Oh when the soup came it was lukewarm. Finally after our waitress finished with her friends she went and checked on our order. It finally arrived after a long wait. My rib eye was not medium rare as ordered. I ate it anyway cause we did not want to wait any longer. It was well done no pink or red in the middle. Sorry to say We had never had such a bad experience at any Outback we had been to.

We visit 4 or 5 different outback they are all good but the one in city of industry in the Puerto Hills Malls parking lot beats them all. Great service courteous staff you don't feel unattended or Over attended and the food comes out hot and perfect

Service was great, very nice and friendly, but meat was overcook, doesn't taste that yummy anymore, o well, maybe they were too busy during on wknd!
