We went last weekend and had a pleasant experience. Don't go too often to Apple bee's so I'm not quite familiar with the menu options. I was quit   Indecisive on what I wanted so it took me a while. Our waiter Daniel was very patient while I was looking on the menu. I told him I wanted a salad but not as an Entrée and also wanted  Pasta that was an oversized. He suggested that I can get a side salad and also a side of Mac and cheese with bacon bits....well that was a perfect combination! It worked out very well. Thank you Daniel for your suggestion and the over all enjoyful experience. Keep up the great work Bud !

The food order was wrong,they have over 17 TV's i ask 4 people Cece, Jenn,Alice and also who seens to be the manager Daniel if it was possible to have one of the tv change to a soccer game and about 15 minutes later he told us it cant be done because other people were watching it.
To be honest i wont ever come back to that applebees.Buffalo wings is right next to it.

Server was good for working on a busy night.  Server's assistant brought bottled beer without offering a glass --- fine for the bar but not the dining room.  Host didn't explain whether or not we were to use the table kiosk before the server greeted us. Husband ordered a mac and cheese dish with chicken strips and received three little pieces of chicken.  Kind of a "meh" experience overall.

Bought a $50 gift card here because there was a promotion to get $10 free. They gave us a DISPLAY card with writing on it. Me and my boyfriend decided it wasnt worth the trouble to ask for a new one. We decided to use it the next time we ate. They told us there was only 13$ on the card. We had never used it AND WE KEPT THE RECIPT. They accused us of using the card previously. We argued for them to check the cameras. Eventually, the manager believed us and told us to come back. She TOOK the reciept and the gift card saying she would take care of it and there was a lot of GIFT CARD FRAUD around this time of year. AFTER A FEW VISITS, we were told we would recieve a $50 gift card in an email in 2 days. However, we never received such an e-mail. Me and my boyfriend used to eat here often, but after being robbed and lied to, we won't be eating here EVER again.
