food was good place was clean and generally speaking it was a good meal. Downside was I came within the hour of their closing time and my server was a little more focused on cleaning up to get home then he was taking care of us at our table. I get it I do.. working all night excited to be done.. but this isn't a retail store this is a restaurant where service and customer experience comes first. It wasnt just my server.. everyone was closing up and to have chairs at every table flipped upside down while your eating and not even being discrete about it "noisy" really made the meal less enjoyable.

This is definitely the best Outback my boyfriend and I have ever been at! We go there to eat at least once a week because we love the bartenders, Brittany and Jason, so much. They know what we want as soon as we walk in the door. Wouldn't go anywhere else!!

The gm doesn't seem to know how to run a restaurant. When you have an issue he has 4 robotic presets "ill take care of you" "I'm trying to help you" "tell me how I can help you" "that's not my fault" He didn't hear out the problems we were having because he was so eager to repeat those 4 phrases. We were told the wait was 5 minutes, it was 40. We got a dirty glass, we mentioned it to the bartender... We didn't receive a new drink and she didn't offer for quite some time. The waiters had no idea where the food was going so they kept asking random people. The bartender was wiping her sweaty pits and touching plates and glasses. After an hour and a half wee left never receiving food.

If i could i give them no stars. We sat at the bar and service was poor. It took forever to get menus and silverware no to mention what we wanted to drink. The bartender would go to other people before us. The food was not what the menu said and didnt look like it. I was very disappointed. Never will i go back again!!! If u chose this location do not sit at bar with the bartender with the little a** braids.

On Sunday, December 10th, I visited this establishment with my daughter and a friend for lunch. We were seated quickly which was great, but the service was the issue. Our waitress was not very attentive. I asked for an apple juice for my daughter because she finished the first glass and she didn't get it until after her meal, but to make it worse it was in a to go cup. I mentioned I wanted to place an order to go, but that was not recognized. We were not asked or even offered any desert. My friend wanted to order a desert since i was going to order a take out order. Then with the bill it was dropped off we were not given the option to split it. I addressed the issue and we paid and left. Then both myself and my friend had terrible issue with our stomachs. My daughter, thank goodness, did not; she actually did not eat her lunch. I would not recommend this place on a Sunday. Maybe we just came on the wrong day.
