Don D. Was very helpful in purchasing a washer and dryer. He showed us options that better suited our needs. He also took the time to explain financing and supplemental warranty plans. Products sell themselves - its always about the customer experience . . . so these 2 guys - top notch:
Chris S - extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful and and a great person to work with.
Don - was the next great experience at P.C. - needed a quick delivery of the washer and dryer I bought 6 weeks earlier, he was able to get me on the schedule for next day with very short notice to meet a difficult timeline. 
Highly recommend the store - great inventory also

PC Richards is typically my last stop when shopping for an electronic or appliance. And they always end up earning my business. My last visit was for a vacuum cleaner- after doing extensive online research about the best vacuum for pet hair, I stopped in to PC Richards to see a display model of one I was interested in. Don helped me compare models and gave me personal feedback as to what he thought would be the best option. If he didn't know the answer to something, he made sure to check. He priced matched what I found online and the vacuum has been fantastic! Thanks Don!

Andy and Don were a great help to us today selecting a washer dryer. They are very knowledgeable and cared about our needs. We will definitely be back for any other appliance needs! I highly recommend both the place and the salespeople.

First time in PC Richards and I am definitely a new customer! Thank you Brian! Came in with a very old laptop that had Lost its charger, and had been assaulted by a large cup of water months prior. With a little drying time and a lot of prayer, I came in hoping to find a charger that I thought most likely didn't exist! I was met by Brian L who immediately hustle to find me the right size charger. And believe me it was not easy!! I was thrilled to see that one existed but still not sure  if the computer would work after the water. After plugging it in for me and seeing that it was indeed alive, the keyboard on the laptop was not  working. My heart sank thinking that I would need a whole new laptop and would lose all the important information I've stored on this one through the years.  Brian told me to hold on and ran and grabbed a keyboard and plugged it in. Problem solved! I cannot be any happier! Not only do I have my faithful laptop working again, I did not have to spend the additional money to buy a whole new one.  And I was clueless he could've sold me something I didn't need  right now. But he did the right thing and selling me what I did need. The time it's coming for an upgrade...soon..... and I will definitely be purchasing it HERE!!! ...and  I will definitely be purchasing it... from Brian!!!! I'm calling ahead of time. :-)! THANK YOU!!!!!!!
