The prices for the appliances I purchased were very competitive. The warranty is outrageous. If I didn't need the appliances right away, I would have shopped around some more. I also stayed because Conn's offered 12 months same as cash at that time. So with that said, I would have given them 4 stars. Here is where the problem comes in. I paid off the account in August. Unbeknownst to me, they cancelled my online access. So, I wasn't allowed to go back online and view any activity on my account. I called Conn's the rep said I couldn't view anymore because the account is closed. I said ok and no problem. A week after I paid off the account and had that phone call with their rep, a schedule payment from my online account went thru and cleared my bank. Remember, (online access) I was paying my bills on time and paying more than normal so I wouldn't be subject to that high a-- interest rate after the 12 months is up. I called Conn's again, the rep stated since I paid it all in August that the system still was registering the payments since it was still August and she was sending my refund. I said again ok and no problem. Now, it is in September. You got it; another schedule payment went out and cleared. I called Conn's again and now I'm not going to be nice. They said, "The account is closed and no more payments after September." I said, "That’s what you said last month." I do not trust you anymore. I need someone to open my online access so I can cancel those schedule payments because I have at least 3 more. They stated no one has access and I asked for their Tech Dept. because I know someone has access to cancel these online schedule payments. Why am I paying you more money and my account is paid/closed. I need some interest for my money! They are taking their time refunding my money too. I haven't received the 1st payment yet. Any suggestions? Who can I call to expedite this matter? This is the reason Conn's is getting 1 star. Would be no stars because you are messing with my coins! This is some BULLS---
