I was in PC Richard to purchase a new refrigerator. I was helped by the 
mgr. Paul since all the salesmen where busy.
Paul made my shopping experience quick and easy.
He accommodated me with fast next day delivery, which was awesome.
He is extremely knowledgeable and a true asset to PC Richard organization

Eric was a wonderful salesman!  As soon as my fiancé and I walked in we were greeted by him and he took us to the section we needed.  I really liked how Eric showed us the different types of air conditioners that would be the best for our apartment and ultimately, we went with one of his recommended choices!  We will definitely be coming back in the future!

Purchased an A/C this evening as well as Appliances a few months ago and the service was always fantastic. My salesman Eric was great as well as the Mgr. Paul who was very accommodating.
Highly recommend these guys.

I came in casually shopping, the staff was SO helpful! They helped me compare prices of products I was interested in. There was a refrigerator that was not even on the floor, and one employee went out of his way and searched up other prospects online. He then told me about them and did a comparison with one floor model for my better understanding. I was so happy with his services and I trusted his knowledge. I had the fridge show up the following day. I love it!

Purchased a vacuum cleaner from Eric...I have worked with him for the past 15 years and he has always gone above and beyond to insure excellent customer service...He is a consummate professional who is knowledgeable, always polite, and has infinite patience with a customer such as myself who asks an inordinate amount of questions....As long as you continue to employ people of Eric's caliber, I will continue to patronize PC Richards....Continued success to you and your staff.
