beware this retailer is a rip off and they dont tell you upfront about the cost of sim card and starter kit, they tell you after your credit check is done. very fraudulent business practices... tmobile of course doesnt care as long as they keep selling... stay away from this 3rd party seller TCC wireless.

Horrible customer service! I've been with TMobile for 12 years and I am thinking of switching service because of my very bad experience with that one store. That store don't even deserve any stars at all! Horrible, horrible people that works there!

Poor customer service. Incredibly Unhelpful when you call this store. I called the store to ask if a device was in stock and was told to come in to find out. At the store I waited more than half an hour before anyone would address me only to be told it was not in stock.

It was pretty OK. They didn't have nano-sims which was weird.
