My entire business account was all messed up and once again the manager Farhan had helped me and fixed everything accordingly to all my needs. I originally had met Farhan at the other location in Roslyn and had drove an extra 20 minutes to come here just to deal with him! Great respectful guy. Look for him

Joanna B was such an incredible help to me at the New Hyde Park location. She was extremely knowledgeable and very patient. She and Kyle walked me through every step of our business account, offered options and resolved any issues. They even stayed through closing to complete my purchase, never rushing me. I left very happy and grateful. Great store!

I'm not so happy this time going to this store. The woman was very pleasant and very nice. I went in because my phone would not charge . It kept going on and off. I couldn't turn it on even when it was plugged in. So the girl got it on but then I had to sit for about 2 hours for the phone to charge. 
WASTED MY TIME. Not happy about that at all.

Frank helped my boyfriend out so much! He was contemplating on getting the iphone X and they made sure he left with getting a great deal, and he also left with the X! Frank was super helpful and considerate during the whole transaction.

This was the absolute 100% best retail experience I have ever had!!! The staff was well trained, friendly and super knowledgeable.  Terms and conditions explained in clear and concise language. Joanna and Dana are professional and easily the best sales team I have ever dealt with. It was truely my pleasure to leave AT&T and join the Verizon family with them!  
Ps I was not paid for this review, I’m a real person and this was my experience on 10/17/17.
