Based on the price for a lunch special $15 or so, there are a few other places I would rather grab something to eat from which give a bigger portion. Food was "OK" but it was maybe only 5 pieces of sesame chicken and a ton of rice. Broccoli was a little stale. This is mainly takeout but they have about 4 tables where you could sit down and wait or eat your meal .I was surprised at the flow of traffic based on the price and quality but as you pay attention you notice it is mainly tourists. You know you are in a good spot when you see locals.
The food at this pf changs is really good, the employees are respectful & kind. Highly recommend. My favorite are the honey chicken/shrimp along with the Mongolian beef. I actually like a lot of food here. Note: Ate half the meal before taking photo oops it's a huge portion so worth it Vegetarian options: Mongolian tofu Mo po tofu Stir fried eggplant Kid-friendliness: Kid menu is affordable and cheap- kids fried rice, lomein, or kids honey chicken They're great
I didn’t think the food was great. There are many many other Chinese restaurants in Chinatown that are a lot better and less expensive. We got the family meals and portions were small. The Mongolian beef was so little that honestly I don’t think everyone got more than one piece. I know steak can be expensive but if I am paying for steak I should get a good amount. I mean overall it was okay, like takeout Chinese. However, I would prefer going somewhere else like Joe’s Shanghai.
Excellent food!!!! My husband works in Manhattan and he brings PF Chang's yummy food to Staten Island. My favorite is the chicken lettuce wraps and ginger chicken with broccoli bowl. My coworkers always ask me where do I go for PF Chang's. I tell them 62 Fulton St Manhattan it's delicious and worth the commute. I haven't gone in person but my husband tells me the workers are very kind and professional. I will always send my husband to bring home PF Chang's
I ordered a $26 spicy shrimp bowl during lunch time. I wasn't sure what I was eating didn't taste like chinese/asian food. Very sweet for a spicy dish, the rice wasn't cook properly. The food quality is very low, i don't know how do they justify $26+tax with no drink or side. This was my first time and will be my last. I wish i could get my money back. Service is too slow for a precook meal. The interior design is shiny.
So I came here excited to eat my fried rice with chicken and shrimp.. I was so hungry that I picked up my food and ate it outside the restaurant in my car still. When I opened the lid I realized there was a barely any meat showing?? So I used my fork to see if there was and it was only 2 shrimp and 1 piece of chicken. I went back into the restaurant and told them very nicely that they only put 2 pieces of shrimp and one chicken in my fried rice. I was told I would have to buy extra shrimp and chicken then. I’ve been to multiple PF Chang’s and I’ve never had an issue like this! Why would I need to pay extra when they gave me TWO pieces of shrimp??? I’m very disappointed.
Too long of a wait when I went. I spent almost $25.00 on food that would actually cost about $10. Overpriced Chinese food. Honestly taste worse than the frozen food PF Chang food. NOT A FAN OF THE FOOD. CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS WAS EXCELLENT.
Maggie is a Beautiful human being. Periodt. Give her a raise. Very nice, sweet demeanor and my sesame chicken was hot and tasty.
Sebastian del carpio greeted us with a smile and was very kind. The best part was my daughter wanted plain lo mein and they were able to accommodate the order. Very clean and nice. Will go again. Food is great. #Mongolia beef with white rice and #pork eggroll. Vegetarian options: They can add vegetables upon request. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly food. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes
The portion is only on the bottom half of the bowl and I paid for $15? it's only a few shrimps that you can count in the bowl. For the amount I paid, I would have gotten a whole bowl and much better food. It's not what you supposed to get in what you are paying for. definitely dont go aagain.
