After purchasing a house in January we decided to put on a new roof, vinyl siding and new windows. We contacted several contractors and decided to go with P Ialongo Building Company. Peter quoted an extremely fair price. We needed the job done asap as we are renting the property for the summer. Peter and his crew showed up promptly and got the job done well ahead of time. They were neat, knowledgeable, precise and quick. The house looks amazing thanks to Peter and his team.
 I would have no hesitations to recommend Peter Ialongo to anyone needing work done on their home!

Pete and his team were extremely friendly, professional and easy to work with.  They showed up on time every day and cleaned up before they left.  They completed the job in the time promised and their work is of the highest quality.  Though the job required a bit of additional, unexpected work, the originally quoted price did not change.  I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs work done on their home.

It is common practice to obtain 3 bids on a vinyl siding home improvement project, but after I met Peter Ialongo, I cancelled the other 2 estimates.  Peter made such an impression on me.  He is very professional and worked with me to stay within my budget.  The job started when Peter said it would.  Of course, once the project started, I decided to add a few things, but there were no delays. When I came from work daily, the only reason that I knew they were there was how beautiful my house looked.  They cleaned up the yard daily and when the project was finished, you would never have known they were there.  Peter and his employee Ken were very respectful of my property.   I highly recommend Peter Ialongo and I will use him for future home improvement projects.  I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.  Every single day when I pull into my driveway, I can’t wipe the smile off my face!!

We hired Pete after a rough winter of water damage for repairs, renovations and a wall addition to a home.  He and his workers were courteous and professional.  We couldn't have been happier with his work.  The job was completed in a timely manner without any delays.  Finding someone you trust to do such work in your home isn't always easy, it was with Pete.  I would highly recommend him and will continue to use him for any future needs that we have.  Great job!!

Peter and his crew put up vinyl siding on my house two weeks ago. They did a great job. It looks beautiful. They were here every day on time, cleaned up every day. They are very respectful and professional. Peter seeks for perfection in his work. I am so glad that i hired them. I will definitely hire them again in future. Hire them, you will not be disappointed!!
