Thank you, thank you!!!! Spoke to Roger last night and he got me two movers this morning! They even came an hour and a half earlier which I told them earlier the better, so I truly appreciate that. They handled everything with care and were in and out! From packing up to unloading at the new place, they were done in under 2 hours! I'm very impressed and couldn't thank them more! Moving is stressful but they made it very easy! Thank you Guys! I think his name is Charles and didn't catch the other guys name but anyways thank you!! Lifesavers!

Guys were prompt quick and even helped my mother move some furniture that didn't need to be moved into the moving truck. All in all would use these guys again

There are very bad company They dropped my Furnture outside my home I am not recommended anyone to take it This is the story Pack it movers called me at 9.20 am and I met them at parking lot downstair at my home , at 9.25 they started the job to loading the Furnture from my old home At 10.40 am arrived to the new home and they asked me to pay for 3 hours cash or they won't unloading the Furnture . I told him I already called you and your supervisor only for 2 hours I can pay because every thing are packed and ready ,and you still havel less one hour to do your job. after they agreed to pay them for 2 hours cash they started unloading the frunure and dropped every thing outside in the parking lot at my home at 11.00 am before the time I already paid and left. Me , my wife , and my brother in law we carried all the Furnture from outside to the inside the home .

Cheapest movers I found, but very professional! The owner, Roger, was very nice in confirming the appointments and honoring the groupon prices, even out of the stated radius. My movers were James and Charles, who were absolutely fantastic and calmed my stress on moving day. Those who are complaining about movers "taking too long" need to understand that by hiring professional movers, they will take care of your belongings better than the friends you bribe with pizza and beer who may take a half hour to toss your stuff into their pick up truck. My movers worked quickly and consistently while padding and wrapping up my couches and glass so that nothing was damaged. There are fees in addition to the price listed in groupon, which is normal for most moving places. There is a trip fee (mine was $65), a $20 fee for padding (owner waived this), and $3 per roll of tape used. Totally worth it for the quality move.

I have hired movers in the past and have never had any problems. When I booked my appointment with this company I gave a $50 deposit over the phone and was quoted the price of $139 for 2 guys and 2 hours. I made sure to ask the questions about when the time starts and stops and if there are any drive time fees. I was told that the time starts when the load the first item in the truck and stops when the last item is in your new home. I was also told that there was a $40 driving fee. I scheduled the appointment for a Saturday and was given the appointment time of between 1-3 pm. The issues started when the movers did not show up until 7pm and trying to get answers as to why they were so late from the office was impossible. Once they got there, they were nice guys and everything was going smoothly. Until we got to the new place and I was asked to pay $284. When I asked why it was so much they told me it was for 2 and half hours and a $50 drive fee. They had not even taken 2 hours and I was already quoted $139 for 2 hours. They then stated that the extra half hour was for drive time for them to get back to the office, when I was told time stopped once the last item was off the truck. All in all after arguing for a good 10 minutes and them calling their boss I was still overcharged by about $60, because I was told that the deposit did not go towards the cost it was just to hold the appointment just in case I cancelled. No to mention I was quoted $40 for drive fees and somehow that went to $50 the day of. All in all I paid $189 when I should have only paid $129 because the total should have been $179 and I already paid a $50 deposit. On top of all of this, I started to notice that all of my boxes that were clearly labelled fragile were put on the bottom of piles of heavy boxes and were smashed. Luckily only 2 or 3 glasses were broken, but very poor handling. In response to your response below: I wrote one review and copy and pasted it on both google and yelp, so I do not know what you are talking about 2 different reviews that state different things. Also I booked over the phone, not through groupon. I was given the price of $139 and was told that the drive time fee was $40 but that there were no other extra charges. I asked all the questions about time over the phone, so I did not think I needed to go and read policies on groupon, since I figured whatever you answered over the phone would be the same as the policies online. You say that you have tried to contact me, but I received no communication, so please tell me how exactly you tried to contact me?
