I had ten listings with them of lots.  Decent lots.  My agent left the firm.  I called about ten days later to find out who would be my new agent.  No reply.  I waited a week. Wrote them and asked who was managing my lots.  No reply.  I waited a few days again.  then, went to their site, and looked up "lots' under listings.  Could not find my lots even on the page!  Nothing.  Looked for my lots, and couldn't  find that they were doing ANYTHING to market them.  Sent another letter, to Brianna, asking her to release my lots so I could go to another realtor in town.  Don't know who yet, but need to get away from there, since I had no agent, they would not return my call or emails, and I could not get in touch with ANYONE. Even asking for a release, I received NO REPLY!  

No, I can't recommend this firm.  And I RARELY write a negative review, but this is unprofessional treatment, for someone who has (had?) multiple listings with this firm.

These people are great! It's like a big family! Briana and Kerry are super knowledgeable and make you understand each and every step in selling /buying a home.
