JOHN THE MANAGER  HE AND HIS STAFF ARE NOT ONLY A GOOD FIT FOR EACH OTHER AND YOU CAN SEE THAT CONTINUITY AS YOU WATCH THEM FROM THE OTHER SIDE OF THE COUNTER THEY FLOW AS A TEAM SHOULD ANYONE WHO HAS WORKED IN AN ON SIGHT PRODUCT PUSHED INDUSTRY ESPECIALLY VISIBLE TO THE CUSTOMER IF YOUR WRONG YOU BETTER FIX IT AND MAKE IT RIGHT. JOHNS PHILOSOPHY IS ONE HOPEFULLY ALL OWNERS, MANAGERS IN THE  CONSUMER  SERVICE INDUSTRY SHARE AND THAT IS  THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT AND YET WE KNOW THAT'S NOT TRUE BUT THEY DO THEY'RE VERY BEST TO MAKE YOU FEEL THAT WAY AND SEND YOU HOME WITH A SATISFIED FEELING MISSION ACCOMPLISHED AND I CAN TELL YOU AFTER OVER 30 YEARS OF WORKING IN A SOMEWHAT RELATED FIELD, JOHN AND HIS CREW DO THEY'RE JOB WELL I DIDN'T GIVE THEM 5 STARS BECAUSE NONE OF US ARE PERFECT AND I WANTED THIS TO BE REAL.

On the photo it showed a big serving but when I got it, it was not even half as much as they showed in the picture, and they the garlic bread was very soggy. So sad

Never gotten my order right Deliver nor carry out they are to busy to pay attention to details.
And just a sorry as a response instead of fixing their mistake.

Me and my husband used to come here all the time however they had hired some new workers who were really rude and we stopped coming as much. The pizza here is good, better than the pizza places  around. We prefer their Margherita pizza. Their garlic knots are basically dough balls of oil. Their cheesesteaks are pretty good though

I was skeptical about any place that replaced my beloved Manhattan's Pizza, much less another pizza joint, but I've found my new fave. Huge menu, pizza and calzones are excellent, and salads good too. And I don't know how they do it, but they have great wings. Dine-in offers family friendly atmosphere and staff is always customer-first. Delivery is accurate 90 of the time, but always on-time (though we live just three blocks away). Got birthday pizzas from them for 40 kids - they were ready when promised. Use their website coupons when available. PS. their manager is the best, and i can see why their employees like working there.
