I've had my business mailbox at Pak Mail La Jolla since 2005. Owner Melih is passionate about great customer service and I trust my mail is handled safely and professionally by him and his staff. His extensive business experience has been very helpful to me and he is my go-to person for referrals to other business and services I may need.

I was helping out a friend by mailing some items overseas. She insisted that I go to the Pak Mail at the corner or Pearl and La Jolla Blvd. and ask for Melih, the owner, to assist me. She did not steer me wrong. Melih was great! He'd obviously gained my friend's trust and he made the transaction go smoothly. He understands the importance of excellent customer service and return business. Highly recommend!

9/1/2015 - PakMail was referred to us by Caring Transitions. Owner Mehli arrived to pick up items to be shipped to our daughter in Wichita, KS, consisting of furniture, framed art, china set & fragile collectibles. Mehli was alone. We never saw someone worked so hard with such care in handling all the items. He explained the process again & made a commitment that the items will be repacked at their packing station for the trip to Wichita to make sure they arrive in excellent condition. Later that day, he called just to make sure that we had any questions. He also stated he will let us know when the shipment will leave San Diego & the projected delivery in Wichita. Mehli made us confident in his reliability & commitment. We highly recommend him to anyone in a similar situation of rightsizing/downsizing with items being shipped out of state.
