Best customer service and prices! They have a fully featured store and were more than helpful to accommodate me with all my needs. Out of many UPS stores, FedEx office stores and other Postal Annex stores I have been to, this is by far the best one I have experienced.

Great customer service. It was my first time coming here. Shipped a package and got some copies made in a matter of minutes...Definetly coming back!

Horrible experience. On multiple occasions, the staff failed to input the correct address. After giving them other chances, the most egregious issue was that a "certified mailing" was sent to the sender and not to the actual recipient! To make matters worse, this "certified mailing" included both sensitive information and time bound requirements. The staff refused to take responsibility for their errors and refused to reimburse us the fees due to their errors. Stay far away from this place if you need things done correctly!

I've been a long time customer and this is my favorite place to go whenever I need to ship something important or when I need something notarized. All of the employees are super helpful and they take extra care to make sure your items are packaged securely. Last week, when I had to ship a gift which was very fragile, I took it to postal annex and they packaged it all for me with bubble wrap, placed it in the box, and shipped it out, minimizing the work that I had to do and ensuring that the gift arrived in one piece! It's a one-stop shop and I love coming here.
