Shady business! They offer a plethora of services but cannot execute. I brought a pre-labeled item for return to Amazon via UPS and they would not scan or offer any kind of receipt as proof that my item was dropped off. The male told me I could take it elsewhere if I wanted confirmation. The other UPS drop-off locations were very much out of the way, so I trusted that his blind faith in his system should suffice for me. The return took almost 2 weeks before Amazon received it! Wow! This business should not be allowed to accept packages unless they are able to provide proof, a customer deserves protection when entrusting their valuable goods. I am grateful my package eventually made it to its destination, otherwise that would have been money out of my pocket! Avoid this place if you value your items.

Terrible service unfortunately. Just do not seem to care about customer experience. Charge for a single piece of tape to close a small box. Poor form. Try somewhere friendlier.

I was there but I can't find them. But It was located inside Ralph's. I tried to send an international package but I did not know anything The man working there show and explained me all the options I can select. He also recommanded one of the best option(Cheaper and Secure) I checked it with the tracking number, it was arrived on time, Excellent !! Tips: they do dry cleaning services as well, convenient..

It is located inside Ralph's,, So Conveniece. One Stop, You can do ALL, The owner, he explained very friendly what UPS, FedEx and USPS different. I did Notary one document and send it overnight by FedEx. ... JUST GO THERE, YOU WILL SEE WHAT I MEAN
