I come to your salon couple weeks ago to have spray tan. I come out all orange and didn't like the color. I was disappointed because this was my first time visiting Palm Beach tan but not my first time having spray tan and I bought packet of 4 spray tans.
I went back to tell your employees about my experience and Alyssa (Assistant Manager) in Cottonwood salon was so persistent that I try it again. I was little hesitant because I didn't want same experience again, but she assured me this time I will be happy with results. She entered all information in computer what needed to be done so who ever is working knows what to do.
She even gave me her personal cell phone number to call her before I would come and to talk about billing information.
I was so impressed with her customer care and her friendliness. What a great employee you have.
I work for company that teaches other companies how to appreciate their employees and I hope you guys do something for Alisa and show  appreciation for  her dedication and wonderful customer service that she is providing.
I'm giving 4 stars because my first impression with the spray tan wasn't great.

Terrible terrible company- shady and unethical in MANY WAYS don't waste your time here.

Don't waste your time. They want $30 for a walk-in spray tan, $39 if you buy the "package" that you have to cancel before the end of one month, but after you've gone twice to make it $20 each time. I asked for medium and the girl working there strongly cautioned me against medium and recommended I go with the darker color, so I said okay and then she informed me that they charge $6 more for the color. Seriously? If you're keeping track that's $45 they wanted to charge me. It all feels like a sales pitch. I just wanted some spring color, not a timeshare.
