Absolutely horrible service. I bought a groupon for permanent eyebrows and not only did she mess up the shape on one side it turned a grey color after! Highly do no recommend she couldn’t even show me her prior work with permanent makeup!

I can not actually rate their services because I was never able to make an appointment. I tried calling once and again 2 weeks later. Both times I called during business hours and both times it went to voice mail. I tried their online scheduler. I was unable to schedule an appointment because there is no 'new user' option. You must already have a login to use that feature. I understand that I could just walk in, but their website really encourages you to make an appointment. Plus I don't want to have to wait. Time is money and The Day Spa is not getting mine.Right now I'm getting ready to walk in to my friendly neighborhood nail salon ran by ladies who chatter away in Vietnamese but are always happy to provide the services they advertise. .

Facial was nice; however, manicure, pedicure, and massage had problems. I paid extra for a french manicure. White polish for the french manicure was put on so thick that bulged almost comically and it didn't dry fast enough. Pedicure didn't dry either by the time I was asked to pay. My specialist cleaned up and seemed anxious to be done, but my nails were still wet when she had me pay and leave. Both manicure and pedicure were completely ruined by the time I got home, they just weren't dry enough to be handling keys and getting out my wallet. I got out my nail polish remover immediately took off the polish. Waste of a manicure and pedicure. Really slim pickings for massage times for those who work. Was told the only times for non-hot stone massages were on Tuesdays (no weekend times), and the latest time was 3:00. I get off work at 2:45 and couldn't possibly be there on time. The receptionist finally offered to schedule for 3:15 and would check with the massage therapist and call if there was an issue; however, the day before, my confirmation call was for 3:00 appt. I called and left a msg explaining it should be 3:15. I arrived a little late and receptionist told me that massage therapist leaves at 4, which didn't make sense for having an hour massage start at 3:15. She was clueless that I had been told 3:15 and wasted more of my time asking who I had spoken to and telling me the massage therapist would need to pick up her kids. Granted, I was already a few minutes late, but she was more confrontational than she should have been. I was fine with time being taken off for being late (which I knew would probably happen with rushing from work, but wasn't really given other choices for times if I wanted to get a massage), but NOT okay with time being taken off because they didn't schedule it for 3:15 as promised. The massage itself was very unimpressive. She was unable to use any deep pressure, couldn't follow muscles (keep slipping across my spine, not as an actual technique), and had nails that were too long and kept scratching me. At one point she threw a towel over my head...for relaxation? Blanket pulled up just to above calves to do my legs...I guess for modesty sake, but I love a good thigh massage. If you don't actually care about getting a real massage or haven't had one before, you might think this is okay.

The massage was great, thats about it. As for the rest of the services, terrible! I bought the groupon online for both my mother and I and not even what I paid with the discounted price was worth the experience. Both our manicures and pedicures looked like a 3 year old painted our nails. Plus very old nail polish selection. Then once we were done the lady at the front desk when I only tipped $10 said to me "that's it". I will never be returning here.

I purchased a groupon for tattoo eyeliner (top &bottoms) and I had gone in with my eyeliner already in place so she can see exactly how i wanted mine. I was extremely nervous about the pain and well, the whole situation about having a needle near by eye.... Angie, the said OWNER, seemed sweet, but kinda of preocupied with other things. I would ask questions, and she would ease my mind by NOT answering and giving me the run around... i was soo nervous, that i just didnt see the signs. When i asked her for pictures of her work. She stated she had A LOT but due to not having signatures for permission, that she couldnt show me any... i believed her... She removed my eyeliner and just began with the needle ( i failed to ask her why she hadn't drawn something and had me aprove it it) she basically "free-styled" on my eye!!! after all the pain, she showed me the mirror and i was like oh nooo!!! this is not even close to not only the thick-ness but the style as to what i like....i asked for her marker and drew on what i wanted... and began with the needle again..... after awhile i think she had more customers comming in, and apparently she must not have employees or something because she was the only one answering phones, and greeting ppl, and other things while tattooing me... that she just said, how about you come back in 6 weeks and i can do a touch up at no charge... i agreed and left... after one week, scabs started falling off and there was literally NO TATTOO! i asked her about it and thats why she had told me she would do the touch up at no charge.... its been 7 weeks, and for ONE whole week ive been calling endlessly to schedule my touch up appts, and ANGIE apparently loves sending me to voicemail.... after the 3rd try of calling them and her returning my calls at random time of the day when im at work or when im asleep at night, she finally left a message that due to a no show that i have with her, in order to schedule my appt. SHE WILL NEED A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, AND ALSO, IT WOULD BE 50$ FOR A TOUCH UP! ugh! i am so disgusted with angie and her dispicable service!!!! i DO NOT have a No SHOW and she had stated i would not be charged for a touch up!!! SHE is HORRIBLE at her job! Has no knowledge as to how to run a business! but then again, i guess i got WHAT I PAID FOR!
