I had a horrible experience at a different location. I called this location because I kind of felt bad for the person who cut my hair as she was obviously struggling. I called and expressed my frustrations and asked if someone could fix what the other location did. I offered to tip whoever did it. They told me their manager said I would have to pay for a haircut but they would upgrade me to an MVP. The person on the phone told me that if I came in and was mad enough they could probably do it for free. Wait what? Good customer service is dependent on how mad I am? Well it's been a good 5+ years of customer loyalty from me. I just had another place fix my hair cut (it needed a lot of fixing) and they only charged half even though they didn't need to so they got a 100% tip and a loyal customer going forward.
