Great campground, and the staff is absolutely delightful. It would be better if there were better communication between the staff and the service employees -- as we had electrical issues and the staff at the ranger station insisted that the issue was with my coach's electrical system. I complained again and they said they'd send someone out... and that person left a note saying the power was fine. It wasn't. I actually had to snake my electrical cord over to my neighbor's (he was happy to help) just to prove to them that the problem wasn't with my coach, but was with their electrical box. They sent several other people out, and even called a supervisor -- and I watched them test the power again, and this time they did it correctly... by not just checking to see if there was power, but checking to see how 'clean' it was. Turns out, they had to bag the site I was on as the power was horrific and the underground line needed to be replaced. Now why did I have to fight for them to recognize the obvious? That incident aside -- they have a nice swimming pool, billiards room, family lodge, adult lodge, etc. The temperatures can get excessive here in the summer, which is why they're closed in the summer... but if you need the heat, this is the place to be. Close to many other attractions, shopping, etc.

Place is nice but small. Trees to close to each other. Hard to maneuver in RV park.

Nice place to stay, a little tight for big Riggs but doable. Everyone is very friendly.

When you enter the park, the left side has 30 amp while the right side is 50 amp. The only pull through spots are 30 amp. The palm trees make for tight maneuvering inside the park and can create difficulties when backing into a site. We were able to find a few places that could accommodate our 43' 5th wheel but just barely. Also be aware that the park is near I10 and a busy railroad. Both create a lot of noise particularly at the front of the park.
