OMG $120 A NIGHT WITH TAX FOR A THIRD TIER DOWN SITE. WIFI is absolutely terrible. I was told, for the fifth year in a row, that they are working on it. Have some respect for your clients. For these prices they can afford decent WiFi. Not only that the cell service is very weak. 

At ultra high prices they should be providing at least decent services. NOT HERE.

If your going to any event in Palm Springs this is an awesome RV PARK. It's family friendly and very clean . Pool and gym are great as well.

Will not be returning to this resort, will not recommend to anyone.  This is not the park I remember, have stayed several times in the past.  The grass was not green, can no longer bbq.  Asked for specific area was told was going to be reseeded, was done while I was there and several RVs were using the sites that we were told we could not use.  Tried to put us in a site that had construction materials in it.  When making reservation, called because website advertised special rates for fall if reservations were made before end of the month, which I did.  When checking in was told there were no such special rates, would never have booked at this resort for the rates we had to pay for such an ugly resort.  No longer golf course also and was never told before hand that it had been destroyed.  Overall I give this resort a big fat "F".

Wow! The only downside is noise from the train and highway but it's not too bad where we were.

We have been coming here for near 10 years from Canada now. This trip due to mix up in Arizona we are staying 19 days and very much enjoy our stay. Yes, there is train noise, but you get more or less use to it with time. Grounds are very well kept, cement pads to park on as well small deck space. Buildings and pool are very well kept. Staff have always been friendly. Very central to all activities in Palm Springs and groceries. Now retired as long as Cdn dollar does not go lower will be back more often and longer stays.
