I placed an order for a corsage and boutineer with quite specific requests and even a picture for a guide and got a very poor rendition of what I wanted or near to what I wanted. What i got was definitely not worth the "$40 package" that i payed for. The price would have been okay if I would have got something that seemed to have a professional quality to it but I feel as if I could have done just as good myself. I dont recommend this florist for prom or dance accessories

I received a beautiful arrangement on Tuesday. On Wednesday some of the flowers were dying I called and the employee told me to cut the bottom off and change the water I did that. The next day it looked worse so I called again to complain. They came and picked up the damaged bouquet and brought me a nice new one I am very happy that they were so accommodating and that they took care of it so quickly.My only complaint would be that they kept the card that was with my bouquet when they picked it up and I didn't notice until later. I would however order flowers from them again they were beautiful.
