My vehicle was recently service my Palmen GMC/Bucik . My remote start was giving me a little trouble and vehicle was due for an oil change. Remote start was determined to be operator error (don't ask).  The customer service at this dealership is outstanding, by far the best I have ever received at a car dealership!!

Gene was great with making me comfortable with my new car purchase and helping me learn everything about it and answer all of my questions. He is very knowledgeable about the cars and can help with a lot! highly recommend going to Gene for any car purchases!

Buy beware! Please never swallow your pride because you really liked an item. I try to disregard the disrespect that I received from their salesman Gene, and I try to blew it off and overlook his flaws. Then when I gave them a review on Facebook I was hoping they would call me to discuss my concern.  I made several attempts to contact them and Ralph, the manager even decided to block  me on their Facebook and delete my negative experience. I called and spoke to Ralph personally and discussed with him about my concern. The guy tells me that his Facebook response was a sufficient response to my concern. From the disrespect from the saleman to the manager then to the $23000 car that is already defected and I only owned the car for 6 days!  The story can go on and on but it will be a chapter if I wrote it here. Food for thought, "If anyone disrespect you, leave  immediately never ever reason with a person and try to even give them the benefit of doubt!" IF YOU DO  it can back fire on you like this situation. Ralph said to me that his salesman disrespected me but must not be BAD ENOUGH that is why I still proceed to buy the truck. I guess going forward never give people a 2nd chance and be kind to them. They will use it against you and try to make you look like the stupid one. Never will I recommend my family or friends to do business with this place.

I set an appointment to purchase a vehicle. Went to the appointment to purchase the vehicle was told the car was sold last night. Funny I called the same night it was sold to make the appointment and they didn’t hesitate to make the appointment for the vehicle that was sold. I mentioned this and they tried to sell me a different vehicle. Typical bait and switch. Don’t know if they do this all the time but I drove an hour to get there and an hour to get back for nothing. They had plenty of time to call me and let me know not to waste a trip for nothing. Very unprofessional for a dealer to act like this. Think twice before wasting your time or maybe you will like the bait and switch.
