I recently purchased a new Mustang and not only was I impressed with the features that came on a "base" model (including a 300hp V6 that makes a lovely sound that would make you think it's a V8), but the price was great too. They gave us a very fair trade in offer and also found us great rate. They even gave my son a Hot Wheels Mustang in matching red paint, which was a really cool touch and made his day. Really couldn't ask for more and will definitely be back.

HORRIBLE!!!! I never give reviews, but everyone needs to know about these scam artists. THIS IS THE SHORT VERSION. If I could give less stars I would. Liars and scammers. Bradford is the worst “advisor” ever. Took my 2012 Ford Focus still under warranty to get transmission updated and door handles fixed due to a recall on a Tuesday, got it back Wednesday evening. Cool. Everything was fine. I drove it for the first time Thursday afternoon and the power steering locked up. Got it towed that evening.Nobody called to update me ever. After calling repeatedly and being hung up on, I finally talked to Bradford my “advisor” on Tuesday  he told me wires were shaved underneath my seat and it would be $250 for labor alone. I said before I agree to that I would need a loaner car. He said he needed to talk to his manager to set it up. That was fine. He called me back literally within one hour and said they couldn’t get it to duplicate the power steering problem and I could come get my car. The next day power steering locked up again. Took the car to pocaro in Racine and they diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. Gordy Boucher sent me off in my car with a major problem after having it for 5 days, lied about wires being shaved and sent me off in a broken car. I truly believe they screwed something up when I brought it to them initially and tried to cover it up. I’ve never had any problems until I brought it to them. We called the service manager Paul, and he never returned the calls. This is the short version of my experience. Only going back there to let the manager know how unacceptable this process was.

My grandma and I went to Boucher to purchase my very first car (my old one was a hand-me-down that eventually kicked the bucket). Chuck helped us pick a reliable vehicle that was perfect for our needs and within our budget! He went above and beyond caring for my family and I as we went through the entire process of testing, choosing, and purchasing my Chevy Cruze. We had him running all over the dealership and he never hesitated to go out of his way to make sure we had anything we needed. You can really tell that the workers here care about their customers and I was even sent a thank-you package from Boucher in the mail shortly after my purchase including cookies and mugs! Such an unexpected gesture! My household and family have really appreciated everything they have done for us. 10/10, I would definitely get a car here again in the future!
