The people there are the reason I rate this 5 stars. Really good customer satisfaction. You honestly feel like family when you're there. But also it has a nice selection of automobiles and stuff. So I'd give it an A+

Dropped off vehicle the night before for 7am appointment, I get dropped off at 2pm to pick up vehicle, and no work has been done, no phone call, and no way back to work. Thanks jerks for destroying my schedule. We had a number of things that had to get done TONIGHT. Time sensitive. So what’s the point in making an appointment with you, if 7hours later, you still haven’t done the work, or contacted us, you know, before we arrive? You had.... 7 HOURS.... to contact us? Thanks for screwing up our vacation plans jerks.

I've worked with Palmen Motors on three vehicles now. Each time I have sincerely appreciated their patience and knowledge of the market. Most recently, I traded in my vehicle. At the time I was 95% sure of the type of new vehicle I was looking for, but Tom Richer was extremely helpful in finding for certainty the make and model I was looking for. He was patient and understanding through my numerous test drives. When it came time to purchase, Tom was thorough and made sure I was completely satisfied with my recent purchase. I would highly recommend Tom Richer and Palmen motors to anyone in the area looking for a new vehicle.

We recently bought a new car and were very pleased with the work Ray H put in with assisting us to find just the vehicle we were looking for. He was very helpful and was able to pick out a few cars that were in our price range and had what we were looking for. He knew just what we were looking for after a few simple questions! This is the second time i have bought a vehicle from Ray and it will not be the last! We will be back looking for Ray again next April! Ray is very understanding and patient. Very happy to get to work with Ray to fulfill our needs!

Tom Richer sold me a great used car, did everything he said he was going to do. Great customer service, great staff, really great environment to be in. I have purchased cars from other salesman before from other dealers, never again. Tom Richer and Palmen Motors has my business from now on! Thanks for the good cup of coffee Tom!
