Our family has been going to Dr. Smith for the last 10 years and I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. The whole Palmetto Dental Arts team has become like family and we are so excited to see them every time we go in. Not only is the team amazing but the service is A++. We know that we will get the best in dental technology and professional Doctors who stay at the forefront of their field. When somethings happens we know that we are in good hands and can trust the advise that is given. If you are looking for a great dentist, look no further! Also you get free cookies!

There could not be a more knowledgeable, skilled, caring caring dental practice anywhere. I have been a patient here for twelve years and have always received the best of dental care. The ultimate in care came when I had a bad fall recently that moved my front teeth out of place. Dr. Brian Smith and a member of his staff met me on a Sunday afternoon to handle this emergency with expertise and compassion. Then there was wonderful follow-up later when the extent of the damage indicated root canals and crowns and veneers. Feel blessed that he was the dentist I could turn to.

Simply stated-a terrific dental office that is genuinely concerned about the patient. From a phone call to the office to genuine courtesy when checking in, this office goes overboard in their attempt to assist the patient and make him/her feel comfortable. They are the best!! The above simply states exactly how I feel. Kathy at the front desk, Nicole working on my teeth(best ever in my 30 years fighting periodontal disease), and Dr. Gower (the expert who knows the business better than anyone). I am grateful.

Routine cleaning today performed professionally by Lauren. She explained each step and also reviewed my current dental history. The office is well staffed and operates smoothly for the benefit of the client. recommend highly their services.

Dr. Gower and every associate provided excellent attention to my needs during my appointment to cap a molar. I appreciated all involved telling me exactly what was going to happen next, for how long, and frequently asking if I was comfortable. It makes going to the dentist a very easy experience.
