First of all, I am very surprised about the first review. My family has been going to Dr. Warner for over 20 years now. Frankly we find her extremely straight forward and probably one of the most reasonably priced dentists in our area.  I will say that her office is definitely no thrills and could use an updating, but none of that has anything to do with her knowledge and general professionalism. She truly cares about her patients!!!

I'm seriously surprised that there are no reviews here about Dr Warner.  She was the closest Dentist who would take my Insurance, so I used her for a few years, but when I moved, and started using a different Dentist,  I discovered that she was making me come in on a 4 months schedule for cleanings,  instead of 6 months unnecessarily.  I guess she wanted more money from me then my Insurance would cover.  Also because I had a cracked loose tooth in the front, she talked me into doing some crowns.  The thing about them is that I paid for them, my Insurance did not cover it.  I paid over $3000.00.  They are the most unnatural looking teeth, and they really did not fit my mouth, so she filed down my bottom teeth.  She did all that without discussing it with me, and since it was the first time I had it done, I did not realize that she should have sent them back for correction or at the very least put them in and asked me how I liked them, and discussed filing down my bottom teeth.  If she had, I would have told her that I did not like them, and not to file down my bottom teeth.  She forced them on me, and now I have to have them redone. I would not recommend her.  Look for someone else, that cares about their patients.

Scheduled the appointment without a problem. Service was great. Was given a straightforward and honest assessment.
