I've never had a problem with the doctors, but the staff answering phones are not usually helpful. I've dealt with it because it's not an issue of care, but being refused an appointment because our doctor is in a different location (still Palmetto Primary Care Physicians) is the last straw for me. I asked my insurance company AND their staff the first time I made an appointment at a different office because it was going to work better with my schedule, and was told it was fine. We'll be switching to a more patient-focused practice, so this review is simply to warn others before they make an appointment. If they'll let you.

Dr Rogers has been great to work with. She has really helped me turn things around since I started seeing her. She and her staff are very encouraging and know how to communicate in a way to make you very comfortable. And, she actually listens to what I have to say and considers my thoughts on what might be best for me. I hope to continue having Dr Rogers and her staff as my Primary health care giver for many years to come.

Dr Sarah Rogers is wonderful, however the front office staff are a nightmare! They have no idea what they are doing or how to be professional. If they want to keep patients coming back they need to clean house! Especially the one at the front desk!

Dr. Dawson is a nice guy and seems to be a decent medical doctor but the staff is terribly unprofessional and do not accept responsibility for their failures in the slightest. I would never recommend this facility to anyone and I will never go back.
