This is a new place in midtow Manhattan the food they offer is very well prepared, the quality of their products is recognized when you taste them, Chef Christian, a humble chef but with an international trajectory and in which he has been in the opening of different other restaurants in NY .. be sure to visit this place that surprises with flavor and the attention is very personalized

Very good meal! The food was delicious and the owners really kind. They provided a lot of explanation about their menu. We could feel their passion through the vibe of this restaurant. We'll definitly come back!
Nice place. I got the chicken chaufa and the mushroom and meat empanada, both were very good. It looks like is a Peruvian family own restaurant. The staff is very attentive as well as the chef. I would definitely be coming back. I would like to know if their food is locally sourced, if they used clean/organic ingredients, if they are using any sustainable practice. The bathroom is not as pretty and nice as the restaurant but it looks like they are just opened and are trying to do their best to have a nice place :
The first time I stopped by, I ordered some empanadas - they were pretty good. Then I stopped by and ordered their chicken plate, and that was pretty good too. I guess I'll have to try the chaufa next. Guys, this is a new small sized restaurant and both times I went, not many people were there, and I think they deserve more people

The best Arroz Chaufa I've had. Homemade deliciousness. Chef and wait staff is very friendly and attentive to their customers. I definitely recommend Palta when you're in town.
