Absolutely perfect. We're grateful to have gotten seats at the bar, not having made a reservation and knowing that the restaurant is regularly busy. The meats, cheeses and pastas were wonderful, and next time we'll take better advantage of the unique whiskey selection. We'll also save room for dessert!

We dropped in here for a spur of the moment date night. Did not have a reservation but got seats at the bar. Was completely blown away by the food, the drinks and the service. When there is a great charcuterie tray on a menu that is our go-to and the one on Panciuto's menu does not disappoint. There's also a wonderful vegetable "board" that has a crazy mix of flavors representing the season. If you live in the Triangle this is a MUST for your restaurant list.

This is really the best restaurant I have ever experienced. I am usually more of a fan of blue collar, diner, barbecue type places, but Panciuto always amazes me. The combination of flavors sometimes takes my breath away, it is so unusual, but at the same time it always WORKS. Service is great, atmosphere is relaxed, but suitable for special occasions. Cost is a tremendous value considering you get a unique, fabulous experience every time. I would give it 100 stars if I could.

Amazing food and wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The atmosphere is cozy and modern. I love that they are locally sourced and the fact that they hand make their pasta makes it that much better. I will definitely be back!
