What a joke! I order online thinking it will be faster like any other place I order online from. I stood at pick up while the lady makes the order in front of me I ordered 25 minutes earlier. 7 minutes comes and goes and she hands me empty cups to fill my own drinks... could have just shown up and ordered and it would have been the same service with the same time. She then messes up our food and I don't know until I get home. So I call... No answer. Not sure why I expected anything else than what I got. Such a joke

Working from home today, I decided I wanted to get some take out from somewhere and then came across a $3 off coupon for Panda Express which I was able to use when placing my order online. The online ordering process was very easy and that combined with it being close to home will probably result in a few more trips there in the future (upon doing so, I will update my review here). My order was correct, the food fairly hot still by the time I picked up (I was a little late), and it looked and tasted good. For Americanized Asian style fast food, I would definitely recommend. Oh, and the girl seemed a little confused when I picked up and I wound up with an extra spring roll. It should be noted that this is only the second time I've ever gotten food from this location, both times take out, so I have a little to go on in terms of consistency from visit to visit.

Went here last Friday night and it wasn't even 9:30 pm yet on a FRIDAY night. They were out of almost everything and not offering to make more. My guess is Bc they were about to close for the night at 10 pm. I used to love Panda Express but this was unacceptable. Then they started shutting off the lobby lights at around 9:45 with customers still inside. I'm a retail manager for over 10 years and this is not how you run a business. I wonder if corporate knows they are doing this Bc I can guarantee they will not go for this. Shame on you.

Food is hit or miss. As other reviewers have stated, the service is extremely poor. Rude would be an understatement. Zero respect from the older lady who works the drive thru.
