I would love to give them I higher rating because the food is great!  But the service is terrible.  The app is really easy to use to order but the order is never ready when it says it will be and its almost never completely accurate.  Always missing small details like the dipping sauce is wrong or missing a little extra (I love the cheese sauce on their fries) I keep coming back because the wings are so good but I know to come at least 10-15 min after the time given and to check my bag before leaving with my pickup order.

Mediocre food quality, service for online ordering was simple pickup was smooth. Wings are bland even with sauce they just don't scream unique or delicious in any way. Quick fill up while on the road, fries were pretty good but a bit soggy whole potatoe fries are always that way. Quite expensive for the quality, don't think I would order wings here again but might try some other items on the menu. Extra star for the extra wings.

Possibly my favorite wing stop because that hot sauce is amazing. The wings are very small which makes it 4 out of 5.  But the sauce is 5 out of 5.
