Came for a birthday dinner and really enjoyed the meal. The wait was an hour but it was a busy night during dinner time so that was our own fault. The server was funny and would check on us or to talk to us a little. 

The food was done surprisingly fast for how busy it was and tasted great. One complaint is there was plastic in one of our dishes but our server quickly took it and compensated us with another dish to take home. 

The manager was polite and apologetic which eased the situation but it happens every so often so I can't fault him or the cooks. 

All in all I would come back hands down.

The service and food was great. Our waiter Daniel was very personable. When the appetizer came out with the entree he was very apologetic and offered a free dessert. I will definitely be returning with my friends.

Our waiter was very nice, our food was hot and tasted awesome!
The endless soup and salad is a must!
We have been coming to this location for years, and for the most part the staff has always been nice and done a good job taking care of us.
The few times that we have had a rough experience the managers have always stepped up and made things right.

I love OG but sometimes it's disheartening to eat there. I have to come to realize that not much is made fresh. I found plastic bits in my minestrone soup. Manager was great and comped my meal but told me that the soup comes in bags. He said all the soups come in bags. For the price we pay (especially dinner) you'd think it was fresh. But, no. It's made somewhere else and gets shipped to the restaurant. I have to admit I still go but it's definitely lost it's Italian charm.

Had a reasonable wait to be seating... However, the 1st waiter disappeared after taking drink order after 10 min...then he only brought 3 of 6 drinks out.. We asked him to bring bread and 2 silverware when he brought the other drinks. He NEVER reappeared. Another gentleman came to check on us after 20 minutes of waiting. He took our order and brought us the 3 drinks and missing silverware. Our order took almost 45 min but he was very helpful...been coming to this location for years never had this much of an issue.
