This is a very poorly run and managed Panda. They might have some good days, but I tried to get a regular dish (sweet and fire) that they were out of around dinner time and they basically just said no they couldn't cook it because no cook was scheduled to work. No one on duty knew how to make the meat dishes. So, we left and drove elsewhere. Also, the portions are very inconsistent here when they do feel like serving food. One day you'll get what you're supposed to and another you'll get a very small portion. They need to find a way to be consistent since you pay the same price regardless of what they dish out.

When they didn't have food ready and I had to wait I reached across the counter to get a drink cup to fill as I was waiting. Rebecca grab my hand and said I don't appreciate you reaching over the counter as she stared me down . She's very young and I assume overtime skills will will improve with maturity. WillWill improve with maturity.

Ordered a plate and got a half scoop of cold chicken and a half scoop of noodles while listening to people empty trash for 10 minutes

It's too bad I even have to give them 1 star. I put in a pick up order to be picked up at 715, didn't get my order until 754! They weren't even busy, it SAT in the window and when I walked up to ask about it the response was "whoops" , thanks guys , this isn't the first time I've had a terrible experience. I won't be going back, I'll drive out of my way to go to a different panda location. BTW they forgot the sauce for the chicken, the sauce for the wontons , and the drink. What a WONDERFFUL business you have there.

Food is good but it sucks that there isn't a drive thru. They do ask if you'd like to have any samples. Not every location does that.
