Worst customer service the employee Richardo dnt know how to give service. Chewing gum in front of people while serving the food

Ive been a customer at this panda express location for several years and have always been satisfied. Today, april 30th 2015 at 1245 pm, will be the last time I am eating here. The girl at the plating station should be fired!!! While waiting for the rice to be cooked several costumers come in the door, as they walk up to the counter, the rice come out of the kitchen. I make I contact with the girl who knows I was waiting for rice, expecting she will take my order. Instead, she proceeds to serve the five or six gentlemen before letting me know the rice is finished. I will not be coming back to this establishment ever again. maybe I am overreacting, but there is good service, and there is bad service, and I refuse to pay for that type of service.
