Dear Alex, I am sorry you feel that way.  Our restaurant has been operating for the passed 31 years under the same management. Our goal has always been and still is  to be the best sandwich and burger  shop in town both in quality of food and reasonable pricing.  Each customer is special to us.  Next time you stop by our restaurant please let us know what made  you feel that way about us and help us fix any problem you have encountered.

On my only visit, the cook touched raw hamburger patties then without washing her hands grabbed the hamburger buns.  Also, my girlfriend got rotten tuna on her sandwich, and has never gone back.  I heard a few good things about Sam's, but experienced nothing positive, quite frankly.

I had a really good burger here. Friendly service and it was pretty fast. I'd do it again, certainly not a fancy place - order at the counter and sit in mostly community seating. I took my burger across the street to my hotel and it was quite satisfying.

I won't go 4 stars for this place, but I grant they are the best show in town. Hot dogs are good, fairly priced, and the fries aren't bad. Not the easiest place to sit and eat, but you can easily grab a dog on the way too or from some place else. Watch out for the weirdos here though: they are always here in abundance for some reason.

Was once hidden gem for hot sandwiches and burgers. Weak quality control and new staff has made this establishment a consistent flop.
