I've been to lots of Taco Bells.  Probably over a thousand.  If you've seen one, you've seen them all, right?

Not this one! ~ This is one of the slowest Taco Bells in creation.  I know because we visit regularly.

I don't have any reason to complain -- at least we know what we're getting...As a family of 6, we can eat for $25.  But we never go when we're in a hurry.

This Taco Bell location is terrible and it's the only location in Hermiston. They are very SLOW and the food is always a hit or miss; they only sometimes get orders right and other times they completely get it wrong. Most of the employees have terrible customer service with a few exceptions. More often than not something in your order will taste old, cold, soggy or just be wrong. Seems like no one cares at this location because they know they have no competition from other Taco Bells in this town. In other words, if you want Taco Bell you have no choice but to go here. NEEDS NEW MANAGMENT AND A BETTER TRAINING PROCESS.

This taco bell is great because they never get my order wrong, they never have too little or too less of something and the reason lines are long is because everybody goes there, why? Because they are so good and they have amazing employees.

Horrible service, it took about an hour just to get our order.. THAT WE PLACED ONLINE! By the time we got our food everything was soggy and tasted old. On top of that they some how "deleted" our order and couldn't find it to begin with. This place is no longer fast food, you normally still wait at least a good half hour in the drive thru.
