this store is wonderful!! my boyfriend recently bought me the 14k gold ring and was told If the ring didn't fit I could always exchange the size at a different Pandora. well I did just that and when I tell you I called 5 different Pandora's they all gave me hard time just trying to exchange sizes so I went back to the Pandora at countryside they  went above and beyond and special ordered the ring for me I am very thankful! and I got it the next day!!!

This is the store has the worst customer service. I purchased my 1st Pandora bracelet over 13 years ago in the Bahamas before Pandora was even available in the states. My bracelet broke and my husband went to purchase a new one for my Birthday and asked them to please take off the charms and transfer them to the new bracelet. They had to send it out to Bond Jewelers on the other side of the mall and they said it would be ready the next day. he purchased it on Monday and on Friday he called the store to see if it was ready since they never contacted him to let him know it was ready. When he spoke to the sales associate she could not locate my old bracelet and said well we will look for it. About an hour later they called and said it will be ready by 5:30 pm today. Unacceptable as my husband wanted to give it to me at dinner. Now I know what my Birthday present is and the surprise is ruined. The store associate did not care one bit about the fact they screwed up and now ruin my Birthday. Thanks Panadora Countryside Mall. I will never shop at that store again You need to have a a lesson in Customer Service

Worst store ever. Went in on a Monday morning to get a ring that was bought for me in a different size. They did not have it so they sent me downstairs to another store that carries Pandora. Well the lady said to me please don't tell me they sent you down from upstairs. I said yes why? She says do you need rose gold. I said yes. She said I was the fourth person today they sent down. And they told them upstairs to stop sending people as they don't carry rose gold. So back upstairs I went. When I told the girl that they don't carry rose gold downstairs she said oh ya sorry I forgot.
Needless to say they told me they would call other stores to find it and call me back Monday/Tuesday. It is now Thursday and no phone call. And when I call them I get the run around.  Worst store ever.

I didn't like anything about it i was in the store waiting to be call the girl look at me and went to the next person i ask why did she skip me and she said they was before me when they had jus walk in i will never shop there they too rude......
